The contribution of the ancient greek culture to the formulation of the modern is extoled in the present lecture. In addition, extended reports concerning the work of the ancient greek philosophers are cited as well as reports which regard various forms of the greek virtues like the patriotism, hospitality, bravery etc.
Εξυμνείται η συμβολή του αρχαίου ελληνικού πολιτισμού στη διαμόρφωση του σύγχρονου. Γίνονται εκτεταμένες αναφορές στο έργο αρχαίων Ελλήνων φιλοσόφων, καθώς και σε διάφορες μορφές της ελληνικής αρετής όπως η φιλοπατρία, η φιλοξενία, η ανδρεία κ.λ.π.
