The research aims at determining the acidity in flours. The methods that were used are the following: a) the method through alcohol 85% and b) the method with solvent the water. After the examination of both methods the results that arose are cited.
Γίνεται έρευνα προκειμένου να προσδιορισθεί η οξύτητα στα άλευρα. Οι δύο μέθοδοι που χρησιμοποιούνται είναι η μέθοδος δι'αλκοόλης 85% και η μέθοδος με διαλύτη το ύδωρ και κατόπιν εξέτασης και των δύο, παρέχονται τα προκύπτοντα συμπεράσματα.
