The present lecture is referred to the function of the constitutional courts in the second half of the 2oth century, to the delegation of the court of European communities and the performance of its duties as well to the speculations involved in the legalization and acceptance of the decisions. Furthermore, aspectations regarding the future of the court of European Communities are mentioned too.
Η ομιλία αναφέρεται στο ρόλο των Συνταγματικών Δικαστηρίων στο δεύτερο ήμισυ του 20ου αιώνα, στην αποστολή του ΔΕΚ (Δικαστήριο Ευρωπαϊκών Κοινοτήτων) και στην άσκηση αυτής, στους προβληματισμούς, στη νομιμοποίηση και στην αποδοχή των αποφάσεων. Επίσης στο μέλλον του ΔΕΚ.
