In this study are reported the reasons which, according to the ecclesiastical courts are equal for the divorce proceedings. Such reasons are : the physical suffering or disease and all these reasons which were formulated at times by Patriarchatic Synods and Ecclesiastical Courts.
Στη μελέτη αυτή αναφέρονται οι λόγοι οι οποίοι, κατά τα εκκλησιαστικά δικαστήρια, είναι ικανοί για έκδοση διαζυγίου. Τέτοιοι λόγοι είναι το σωματικό πάθος ή νόσος και όλοι οι λόγοι που διατυπώθηκαν κατά καιρούς από πατριαρχικές συνόδους και εκκλησιαστικά δικαστήρια.
