The influence of caphure and epicaphur on the smooth muscular strings of leech, is examined. It arose that the caphur and epicaphur cause the increase of the tone of the smooth muscular strings as well as systoles furthermore, the effect of the medicines on the centre of respiration is examined.
To drowse rabbits was given morphine and the variations of the breathing were recorded in a kinesiographic apparatus. The paralysis of the centre of respiration is counterbalanced by caphur and epicaphur. Qualitative there is no difference but quantitative epicaphus is more effective.
Εξετάζονται η επίδραση της καφουράς και της επικαφουράς επί των λείων ,μυικών ινών της βδέλλας. Προκύπτει ότι η καφουρά και η επικαφουρά, προκαλούν την αύξηση του τόνου των λείων μυικών ινών καθώς και συστολές. Εξετάζεται επίσης η ενέργεια των φαρμάκων επί του κέντρου της αναπνοής.
Σε κόνικλους ναρκωμένους εδίδετο μορφίνη και οι διακυμάνσεις της αναπνοής καταράφοντο σε κινησιογραφική συσκευή. Η παράλυση του κέντρου της αναπνοής αντισταθμίζεται δια καφουράς και επικαφουράς. Ποιοτικώς δεν ανευρίσκεται διαφορά αλλά ποσοτικώς η επικαφουρά είναι πιο δραστική.
