The pernicious consequences of the alcoholic drinks on the human organism and the contribution of wine against alcoholism are recorded in the present article. The wine is considered as the essential replemishment of the diet of man. Through the wine are put in the organism substances nourishing and replemishment for the nutrition, organic and inorganic, like sugar, alcohol, acids salts, vitamins, which are absorbed and are used in the organism.
So, the siguificause of diffusing the consumption of wine instead of alcoholic drinks, is underlined.
Στο άρθρο καταγράφονται οι βλαβερές συνέπειες των οινοπνευματωδών ποτών στον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό και η συμβολή του οίνου κατά του αλκοολισμού. Ο οίνος, θεωρείται ως το αναγκαίο συμπλήρωμα της τροφής του ανθρώπου, αφού μέσω αυτού εισάγονται στον οργανισμό θρεπτικές και συμπληρωματικές της θρέψης, οργανικές και ανόργανες, ουσίες όπως σάκχαρο, οινόπνευμα, οξέα, άλατα, βιταμίνες, οι οποίες απορροφούνται και χρησιμοποιούνται στον οργανισμό. Τονίζεται λοιπόν, η σημασία της διαδόσεως της κατανάλωσης του οίνου, αντί των οινοπνευματωδών ποτών.
