A speech from the new president m. Tsopanaki concerning the contribution of the greek spirit to the formation and development of European people from the post-roman until the newest era. Also, the contribution of the Hellenistic and Roman era to the foundation and development of the eastern roman state is pointed out.

του ελληνικού πνεύματος στην συγκρότηση και εξέλιξη των ευρωπαϊκών λαών από την μεταρωμαϊκή μέχρι και την νεότερη εποχή .
Επίσης υπογραμμίζεται η συμβολή της ελληνιστικής και ρωμαϊκής εποχής στη θεμελίωση και εξέλιξη του ανατολικού ρωμαϊκού κράτους .
