Study referred to the appearance of puberty to the greek girls and examination of the problems that are related to it. For the demands of this research were examined 1000 healthy students of age 11-21 and were used psychological questionnaires. The results of the research are the following: 1) The appearance of puberty vacillates from the age of 9 1/2-17 1/2. 2) The puberty appears in a greater proportion during the age of 12 1/2-13 1/2. The appearance of the menses takes place during the age of 13 1/2-14 1/2 in a proportion of 27,49% and during the age of 11 1/2-12 1/2 in a proportion of 21,65%. Generally, the 90% of the maturement of greek girls is completed in the age of 11,6 to 15,5. 3)In comparison with spanish and italian researches turned out that greek girls mature two years later. In comparison with american girls, greek girls mature earlier. 4) As regards the information of the youngsters for the forthcoming appearance of the menses the 31,3% was informed by their mothers, the 21,3% by friends, the 10,1% by relatives, the 0,4% by teachers, the 0,3% by books, the 1,1% by maids and the 36,9% had no information attained before its appearance.
Μελέτη της εμφάνισης της ήβης σε Ελληνίδες και η εξέταση προβλημάτων που συνδέονται με αυτή. Για τις ανάγκες της έρευνας εξετάστηκαν
1000 υγιείς μαθήτριες ηλικίας από 11 εώς 21 ετών και έγινε χρήση ψυχολογικών ερωτηματολογίων. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας ήταν: 1) Η εμφάνιση της εφηβείας κυμαίνεται από την ηλικία των 9 1/2- 17 1/2.. 2) Η ήβη εμφανίζεται σε μεγαλύτερη αναλογία κατά το 12 1/2-13 1/2 έτος. Η εμφάνιση της εμμήνου ρύσεως γίνεται κατά το 13 1/2-14 1/2 έτος σε αναλογία 27,49% και κατά το 11 1/2-12 1/2 σε αναλογία 21,65%. Γενικά το 90% της ωρίμανσης των Ελληνίδων συντελείται στην ηλικία από 11,6 εώς 15,5. 3) Σε σύγκριση με ισπανικές και ιταλικές έρευνες προκύπτει ότι οι Ελληνίδες ωριμάζουν δύο χρόνια αργότερα. Σε σύγκριση με τις Αμερικανίδες, οι Ελληνίδες ωριμάζουν νωρίτερα. 4) 'Οσον αφορά την πληροφόρηση των νεανίδων για την προσεχή εμφάνιση της εμμήνου ρύσεως το 31,3% έχουν ενημερωθεί απ' τις μητέρες τους, 21,3% από φίλες, 10,1% από συγγενείς, 0,4% από δασκάλους, 0,3% από βιβλία, 1,1% από υπηρέτριες και το 36,9% δεν έχουν καμία πληροφόρηση πριν από την εμφάνιση της.
