The fontal point of the study is the influence of the reagent Grignard on the 2a-chloro and 2a-bromio-cholisian-3-ion and as well on the 2-bromio-5a-pregnan-3-ion. During these reactions the main products is the 2-acetylo-A-nor-cholisten and the 2-acetylo-A-nor-pregnanion respectively. Through the Mannich reaction, the equivalent bases are received and the influence of various micro-organisms on the 2-acetylo-A-nor-pregnanion is tested.
Αντικείμενο μελέτης αποτελεί η επίδραση του αντιδραστηρίου Grignard επί της 2α-χλωρο και 2α-βρωμο-χολησιαν-3-όνης και επί της 2-βρωμο-5α-πρεγναν-3-όνης. Κατά αυτές της αντιδράσεις κύριο προϊόν είναι η 2-ακετυλο-A-nor-χοληστανιο και το 2-ακετυλο-Α-nor-πρεγνάνιον αντίστοιχα. Μέσω της αντίδρασης Mannidi, λαμβάνονται οι αντίστοιχες βάσεις και δοκιμάζεται η επίδραση διαφόρων μικροοργανισμών στο 2-ακετυλο-Α-nor-πρεγνάνιο.
