The study concerns data relevant with the research for the lipoedoses. The main representatives of these rare unwholesame beings are the following diseases: the Niemann-Pick disease, the Gaucher disease and the Tay-Sachs disease. The main characteristics of the aforementioned diseases are presented. Following, the results of researches concerning the Niemann-Pick disease upon guinea-pigs, are cited.
Μελέτη στοιχείων που αφορούν έρευνα για τις λιποειδώσεις. Κυριότεροι εκπρόσωποι των σπάνιων αυτών νοσηρών οντοτήτων είναι η νόσος Niemann-Pick , η νόσος του Gaucher και η νόσος των Tay-Sachs, όπου παρουσιάζονται τα κυριότερα χαρακτηριστικά αυτών. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζονται αποτελέσματα ερευνών σε πειραματόζωα για την νόσο Niemann-Pick.
