The strategy and the purpose of the continuous development as well its contribution to the respect of the life's integrity on Earth, is studied. The principles and the targets of the development, the laws of the matter's maintenance and energy's are given. Then, a historical retrospection is made that enlightens the absence of the environmental planning and in particular the principles of the continuous development and the protection of the environment. Finally, the support of the Delors II package to the continous development and the environmental Policy in EEC and in Greece especially, is reported. Furthermore, some recommendations and conclutions are cited.
Μελετάται η στρατηγική και ο στόχος της αειφόρου ανάπτυξης και η συμβολή της στον σεβασμό της ακεραιότητας της ζωής στη Γη. Δίνονται οι αρχές και οι στόχοι της ανάπτυξης, οι νόμοι διατήρησης ύλης και ενέργειας στην οικονομία και γίνεται μία ιστορική αναδρομή, που φωτίζει την απουσία περιβαλλοντικού σχεδιασμού και συγκεκριμένα αρχών αειφόρου ανάπτυξης και προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος. Τέλος, αναφέρεται η στήριξη του πακέτου Delors II, στην αειφόρο ανάπτυξη και η Περιβαλλοντική Πολιτική στην ΕΟΚ και την Ελλάδα ειδικότερα και ακολουθούν ορισμένες υποδείξεις και συμπεράσματα.
