The study is referred to some researches that took place at the welts of horsts of the area Gerania-Perahora, in which are found some deposits of Pyrolusite. The depth of the deposit is small and emanates from the metasomatism of the slit-irestonic layer that existed before, through the influence of manganite's dissolutions.
Γίνονται έρευνες στις παρυφές των τεκτονικών κεράτων της περιοχής Γερανείων-Περαχώρας, στις οποίες παρουσιάζονται κοιτάσματα Πυρολουσίτου. Το πάχος του κοιτάσματος είναι μικρό και προέρχεται από μετασωμάτωση του προϋπάρξαντος σχιστοκερατολιθικού στρώματος δια της επιδράσεως διαλύσεων μαγγανίου.
