The speech is referred to the moral problems which arise from the transplantation of tissues and organs. The role of the information in relation with the operation is underlined . The problem is analyzed to all its dimensions, likewise the positive and the negative consequences, the danger of the trading of organs, moral and religious problems etc. Finally, it is pinpointed that the transplantation is an action of altruism only when it is based on the voluntary offering of cadaveric grafts.
Η ομιλία αναφέρεται στα ηθικά προβλήματα που ανακύπτουν από τη μεταμόσχευση ιστών και οργάνων. Επισημαίνεται ο ρόλος της πληροφόρησης σχετικά με την επέμβαση και αναλύεται το πρόβλημα σε όλες του τις διαστάσεις, όπως θετικές και αρνητικές επιπτώσεις, κίνδυνος εμπορίας οργάνων, ηθικά και θρησκευτικά προβλήματα κ.α. Τέλος, τονίζεται ότι η μεταμόσχευση είναι πράξη αλτρουϊσμού μόνο όταν στηρίζεται στην εθελοντική προσφορά πτωματικών μοσχευμάτων.
