Following and on the extension of previous experiments for the making of polymers, through the synthesis of collars in ultimate surfaces in the presence of ready orbicular compounds, were made polymers with new combinations of collars. As a new disposition of reaction was used the middle surface between two non-compounded fluids. Furthermore, experiments took place successfully with the simultaneous presence of two variants, ready collars, with the purpose of their embodiment in to the forming chain. The products of the reaction were subjected to examination with the methods of the infra-red spectrums of nuclear magnetic tuning NMR and of the aerial-chromatography. From their explorations was proved the cadenoid stucture of the formed compounds. Then was paid attention to the polymers whose constituted collars were biologically drastic compounds.
Εν συνεχεία και επεκτάσει προηγούμενων πειραμάτων προς παρασκευήν πολυμερών κατενανίων (κρικοτών, καδενοϊδών ενώσεων) δια συνθέσεως δακτυλίων σε οριακές επιφάνειες παρουσία έτοιμων κυκλικών ενώσεων, παρασκευάσθηκαν κατενάνια με νέους συνδυασμούς δακτυλίων. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως νέα διάταξη αντιδράσεως η μεσεπιφάνεια μεταξύ δύο μη αναμιγνυομένων υγρών. Εξετελέσθησαν επιτυχώς πειράματα με σύγχρονον παρουσίαν δύο διαφόρων, ετοίμων δακτυλίων με τον σκοπόν της ενσωματώσεως των εις την σχηματιζόμενην άλυσον. Τα προϊόντα της αντιδράσεως υπεβλήθησαν εις εξέτασιν με τις άλλες μεθόδους υπερύθρων φασμάτων IR, φασμάτων πυρηνικού μαγνητικού συντονισμού NMR και αεροχρωματογραφίας. Εκ της διερευνήσεως αυτών αποδεικνύεται η καδενοϊδής δομή των σχηματισθείσων ενώσεων. Η προσοχή μας στρέφεται τώρα προς κατενάνια των οποίων οι συνιστώντες δακτύλιοι είναι βιολογικώς δραστικές ενώσεις.
