The meaning of "renting" according to the Ancient Greek Law, is analysed. Is quoted the content of an unpublished renting inscription of the year 333/2 b.C when the ruler of Athens was Niaokratis and is analysed the content of its 30 lines.
Αναλύεται η έννοια της μισθώσεως κατά το Αρχαίο Ελληνικό Δίκαιο. Παρατίθεται το περιεχόμενο μιας ανέκδοτης μισθωτικής επιγραφής του έτους 333/2 π.Χ, επί άρχοντος Αθηναίων Νιαοκράτους και αναλύεται το περιεχόμενο των 30 στίχων της.
