Various methods were studied with the purpose to keep potatoes in fresh condition. Furthermore, the study is referred to a method proper for the desiccation of potatoes into sun. In the present study, the results that arose by experiments relevant to the desiccation of the potatoes, are announced.
Μελετήθηκαν μέθοδοι, προκειμένου να διατηρηθούν πατάτες σε νωπή κατάσταση αλλά και μέθοδοι αποξηράνσεως αυτών στον ήλιο. Στην παρούσα μελέτη ανακοινώνονται τα αποτελέσματα των πειραμάτων σχετικώς με την ξήρανση των πατατών στον ήλιο.
