The subject is the development of a method for the absolute desiccation of the Corinthians' currant under stable temperature in cramped atmosphere and in the presence of dehydratives. The dehydrative additive which is used, is the acid chloric calcium, while the desiccation is carried out according to the law of monomolecular reactions
Αντικείμενο της μελέτης είναι η ανάπτυξη μεθόδου για την απόλυτη αποξήρανση της Κορινθιακής σταφίδας υπό σταθερή θερμοκρασία, σε περιορισμένη ατμόσφαιρα και με την παρουσία αφυδραντικών. Σαν αφυδραντικό χρησιμοποιείται το άνυδρο χλωριούχο ασβέστιο, η δε αποξήρανση συντελείται σύμφωνα με τον νόμο των μονομοριακών αντιδράσεων
